I currently offer bikini, figure, wellness, women's physique and women's bodybuilding posing clinics for individuals to large groups. In this seminar, I will go through everything from mandatory poses and presentation poses, to what posing work best for your physique and style. We will do a 'mock' call out and simulate an actual contest.
We will also cover things like judging criteria, shoes, suit selection, hair and makeup to give you every advantage on that stage. Remember.. you are getting judged on the whole package. Every advantage you can take to the stage will improve your overall package.
